Nov. 6

10:51 a.m. in the 00 block of West Campbell Avenue: A man, 53, was drinking alcohol near the track. At 5:05 p.m., the same man was intoxicated and causing a disturbance. He tried to run, but tripped. He kicked officer while being taken into custody.

11:48 a.m. in the 1200 block of Whiteoaks Road: Someone rented a 15-foot 2014 Econoline box truck and did not return it. An hour later, someone rented a 2022 GMC cargo van and did not return it.

5:17 p.m. in the 3200 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A silver 2012 Jeep Wrangler was stolen. The suspect was seen jumping into the Jeep and fleeing.

6:37 p.m. in the 400 block of West Rincon Avenue: A woman, 86, said the suspect slapped her. The suspect, 57, said she yelled at the victim because the victim was being disrespectful to the caretaker.

4:29 a.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: An officer took a vehicle theft report for a 2005 Toyota Corolla. She later located it in the 900 block of Saratoga Avenue. A man, 32, got into the car and was arrested. He admitted to the theft and was booked.

10 p.m. in the 200 block of Union Avenue: A red Specialized Epic Hard Tale Mountain was stolen.

Nov. 7

9:17 a.m. at Michael Drive: A woman, 20, was seen slapping the victim in the face. The victim had injuries to her face, and the suspect violated a peaceful restraining order. Another woman, 20, interfered when the suspect was being arrested.

3:22 p.m. at 195 W. Rincon Ave.:  A couple is going through a divorce. The victim said that during an argument over a cell phone, the suspect slapped him on the arm. The suspect denies it and says she was pushing the victim away because he was trying to take her phone.

8:12 p.m. in the 200 block of East Hamilton Avenue: The suspect, 46, was asked to leave the premises and yelled profanities at the victim and threatened to beat him up. The suspect had left the area but was located nearby.

11:30 p.m. in the 1900 block of South Bascom Avenue: A vehicle collided into a building and broke two 15-foot-tall windows.

Nov. 8

6:58 a.m. in the 100 block of Rose Court: During an argument, the suspect slapped the victim on the head.

11:50 a.m. in the 200 block of Wilton Drive: A woman, 35, was contacted during a call for service involving a stove fire. She is a convicted felon and had pepper spray in her possession.

3:23 p.m. in the 100 block of West Hamilton Avenue: The victim found the suspect, 46, inside their residence. The suspect was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

4:59 a.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone forced open a lockbox and gained entry into a building.

Nov. 9

600 block of East Hamilton Avenue: An unknown Someone broke two skylights in the roof of a building.

10:30 a.m. at East Campbell Avenue and South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 36,  was contacted for urinating in public. He was in possession of a concealed dagger and had a misdemeanor warrant.

1:04 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: The suspect was found to be under the influence of a stimulant. During the investigation, he lied about his name to conceal his identity.

2:03 a.m. at East Hamilton and South Bascom avenues: A man, 25, was contacted and found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.

2:09 a.m. in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue: A couple got into a verbal argument during which the man, 24, pushed the victim and pulled her hair. The suspect who was on formal probation, was also the restrained party in a peaceful contact order with the victim.

4:25 a.m. in the 800 block of Sobrato Drive: Two suspects broke the window to a locked vehicle but fled when the alarm sounded.

4:43 a.m. in the 2200 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 32, was passed out in his vehicle, which he had driven up onto the sidewalk. He was found to be driving under the combined influence of alcohol and drugs and was in possession of cocaine.

Nov. 10

9:30 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Two suspects loaded up two garbage bags with fragrances then fled without paying.

Overnight in the 1000 block of Audrey Avenue: A white Ford F350 was stolen.

4 a.m. in the 1200 block of White Oaks Road: Someone stole key from a lockbox outside a building and stole a white 2007 Ford E350 box truck.

10:12 a.m. in the 700 block of Nido Drive: During an argument, a man, 41, pushed the victim against the wall, causing redness to her wrists. He fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival. While leaving the area, an officer saw the man driving back into the scene. He was taken into custody.

3:10 p.m. in the 1500 block of More Avenue: Someone gained entry into a residence and shot and killed the homeowner’s dog.

4:15 p.m. in the 1900 block of Montemar Way: A woman, 64, was passed out behind the wheel and blocking a driveway.

9:32 p.m. at East Hamilton Avenue and Highway 17: Two men and a woman were in a vehicle stopped for vehicle code violations. One man was in possession of drug paraphernalia and had a misdemeanor warrant for narcotics charges. The other man was in possession of drug paraphernalia. The woman had an outstanding warrant for theft charges.

11:05 p.m. in the 500 block of West Hacienda Avenue: During a verbal argument, the suspect pushed the victim to the ground and prevented him from leaving the apartment for approximately 5 minutes.

11:10 p.m. in the 1100 block of Shady Dale Avenue: A man, 36, was found passed out in his vehicle and was found to be DUI and was placed under arrest.

Nov. 11

6:07 a.m. in the 1000 block of Boise Drive: A man, 62,  was in the backyard and attempting to enter the residence when the victim confronted him. The man was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.

8:55 a.m. in the 900 block of Connie Drive: The suspect, 39, threw objects at the victim, causing a bruise on her hand.

9 a.m. in the West Latimer Avenue and Sondra Way: Two suspects drove up to the victim and stole a gold necklace from her neck, then fled.

1:30 a.m. in the 1100 block of Denver Drive: Someone used a paintball gun on a garage door.

11:38 a.m. in the 1300 block of Camden Avenue: The suspect refused to leave and was found to be under the influence of alcohol and too intoxicated to care for herself.

9:35 p.m. at Orchard City Drive and South Third Street: A woman was stopped for a vehicle code violation. She displayed signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication and was founds to be DUI.

10:34 p.m. in the 300 block of East Campbell Avenue: A woman, 31, was causing a disturbance and was found to be too intoxicated to care for herself.

12:05 am. at Central Avenue and Tubby Street: A man, 39, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He displayed signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication and was found to be DUI.

1:26 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 30, was passed out in his vehicle and was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. He had an outstanding warrant for DUI.

3:27 a.m. in the 100 block of West Hamilton Avenue: The suspect destroyed the victim’s television when asked to leave the residence.

Nov. 12

2:35 p.m. in the 800 block of West Hamilton Avenue : After the victim accused a man, 37, of stealing water. The man threw a piece of fruit at the victim, who wanted the man prosecuted for battery.

2:23 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone took a bicycle for a test drive and failed to return to the store.

4:07 at San Tomas Expressway and South Winchester Boulevard: During a road rage incident, a woman, 69, purposely collided her vehicle into the victim’s motorcycle while it was in motion, causing the victim to crash and sustain injuries. After the collision, the woman fled the scene without stopping to exchange information or help the victim. She was eventually located and returned to the scene.

2:07 a.m. at Bascom Avenue and Woodard: A man, 45, was stopped for a traffic violation. He was found to be DUI and was arrested.
