11:56 a.m. in the 100 block of South Leigh Avenue: Someone smashed a door, gained entry into the residence and stole items.

Overnight at West Hamilton Avenue and Phoenix Drive: Someone smashed the rear window of a gray Chrysler Pacifica rental vehicle and stole items.
757 a.m. in the 300 block of Union Avenue: The victim said his ex, 36, struck him with a vacuum cleaner during a verbal argument.
Overnight at San Tomas Aquino Road and Villarita Drive: Someone smashed window to a white Nissan NV200 and stole items.
5:48 a.m. in the 00 block of Cristich Lane: The suspect left the victim three harassing voicemails during which he repeatedly used obscene language and said the victim would “feel the pain.”
4:57 p.m. in the 100 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A woman, 40, was contacted at the rear of a store during a welfare check. A records check revealed she had several outstanding warrants. She was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance, and in possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
12:27 a.m. at Loma Verde Drive and South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 43, was in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
12:44 a.m. at Camden Avenue and Erin Way: A driver, 35, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He had an outstanding warrant and was in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

8:23 a.m. in the 1200 block of White Oaks Road: The victim received an anonymous call reporting one of their vehicles abandoned.
3:24 p.m. in the 600 block of East McGlincy Lane: Officers responded to a FLOCK hit and located a 2005 Subaru previously reported stolen.
4:41 p.m. at West Hamilton Avenue and San Tomas Expressway: A driver was stopped for a vehicle code violation, destroyed a meth pipe upon contact and ran. They were taken into custody after a foot pursuit and found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. They also admitted to being in possession of stolen property.
7:24 p.m. South Bascom and Camden avenues: A man, 27, was in a vehicle with the victim in violation of a “no contact” restraining order. He was placed under arrest and gave officers consent to officers to search his room, where methamphetamine was located.
9:55 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 27, called Campbell police and made a series of bizarre statements. He was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.
11:13 p.m. at Civic Center Drive and North Second Street: A man, 33, was seen by witnesses walking shirtless through downtown, smashing windows to various vehicles. He was placed under arrest.
1:13 a.m. at Camden and South Bascom avenues: A man, 27, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found to be DUI and was placed under arrest.
2:33 a.m. at East Campbell Avenue and North First Street: A man, 34, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found to be DUI and was placed under arrest.
2:59 a.m. at East Campbell and Union avenues: A man, 30, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found to be DUI and was placed under arrest.

9:24 a.m. in the 2000 block of Central Park: A man, 57, was at a residence and causing a disturbance. He had a misdemeanor warrant.
9:47 a.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: The suspect grabbed the victim’s cane and tried to hit her with it.
11:03 a.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A woman stole items from the store and was stopped outside. She was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone placed a skimmer on an ATM, which was located by a technician.
1700 block of South Bascom Avenue : Someone placed a skimmer on an ATM, which was located by a technician.
12:28 p.m. in the 800 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Four suspects stole merchandise from a store and fled.
2:27 p.m. in the 1000 block of West Campbell Avenue: Two suspects stole merchandise from a store and fled.
10:40 p.m. in the 700 block of Nido Drive: During an argument, the suspect punched the victim, causing a black eye. The suspect fled the scene in the victim’s vehicle.
3:32 a.m. at East Hamilton Avenue and Creekside Way: A man, 28, was stopped for driving the wrong way on a roadway. He was found to be DUI methamphetamine and alcohol.
Nov. 5
7:29 p.m. at Budd Avenue and Sobrato Drive: A man, 49, was stopped for a traffic violation and was cited for possessing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
1:41 a.m. on Campbell Tech Parkway: A woman, 55, was known to have an outstanding warrant and was contacted for a vehicle code violation. She fled briefly but was apprehended. She was in possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, a stolen credit card and a car key fob.
