In San Carlos, the must-have condiments — HP Sauce, Colman’s Mustard and Heinz Malt Vinegar — are lined up and the Guinness and Smithwicks are flowing.

There’s a new Irish pub and restaurant in town, courtesy of Millbrae’s venerable Fiddlers Green restaurant family.

Molly O’s — named after 90-year-old matriarch Molly Mitchell — is now serving traditional Irish fare plus Cal-Mex and American favorites daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar is open nightly, until 2 a.m. on Friday-Saturday.

For this venture, Mitchell’s daughter and son-in-law, Rose and Oliver McElhone, who own Fiddlers Green, are joined by two other partners, their son Ollie McElhone and Juan Angulo, previously the head chef at Fiddlers Green.

The massive brunch menu ranges from the traditional (Irish Breakfast, with Irish bacon, Irish sausage, eggs, beans, grilled tomato, black-and-white pudding) to the trendy (Avocado Toast). There’s a Mexican Tortilla Omelette with chorizo, Eggs Florentine, Full American Breakfast with pancake and Fried Chicken and Waffles.

The global array of appetizers includes Corned Beef Sliders, Curry Fries and Quesadillas.

For lunch and dinner, Molly’s serves Bangers and Mash, Fish and Chips and a beef Irish Stew along with salads (Sesame Ginger, Cobb, Crab Louie), burgers (the patty melt is the Paddy Melt here) and more.

Even the dessert selections run the gamut, with Chocolate Guinness Cake, Tiramisu, Cheesecake and a Bread Pudding made with Irish soda bread.

Details: Open from 10 a.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. weekends at 1163 San Carlos Ave., San Carlos; www.molly-os.com/
